This online registration service requires a valid credit card and payment of non-refundable $1 processing fee. If you already have a regular full-service library card, you already have access to our e-Library resources, so you aren’t eligible for an e-Card. The digital services available through our e-Library include downloadable e-books, magazines and audiobooks, streaming music and videos, and online databases for educational and personal enrichment. These services are already available 24/7 to anyone who has a full-service Bucks County Library System card and can be accessed at www.buckslib.org/e-library . e-Card holders always are welcome to stop by the library and trade up to regular full-service cards.
